REFUND POLICY

Returns and Exchanges 

We're committed to ensuring you and your pet are completely satisfied with your purchase. While we don't offer returns or exchanges, we're always here to help if you have any concerns. If you need assistance or have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact our customer service team at inquiry@popcare.ca. We'll do our best to find a solution that works for you and your furry companion.

Cancelling or Editing Orders

Once you receive your order confirmation email, changes or cancellations may be difficult to process due to our fast production system. While we'll try our best to help with any requests, please understand that in many cases, your order might already be in production. We encourage you to double-check your order details before finalizing your purchase to avoid any issues. If you need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible, and we'll see what we can do to assist you.

Damages, Missing Items, or Wrong Items Received

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and contact us right away if the order is damaged, if items are missing, or if you receive the wrong items so that we can make things right.

Refunds

If approved for a refund, it will be automatically issued to your original payment method. Please know, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account - we expect your refund to be reflected back on your statement within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank and credit card company.
